In keeping with my first motto, with the uncertainty of the election and the ongoing pandemic, it is a good idea to visit your employer sponsored retirement plans.  You should review and if necessary update the investment options. If you want to make changes to your investments, there are usually two places you need to make changes, one is in the current investment area and one in the future investment section.  It is important they are matched up with your risk tolerance and time horizon.
